Leadership Academy
LeadingAge Ohio Leadership Academy
This 7-month leadership program is designed to supplement and enhance member efforts in developing strong, effective leaders in aging services.
Members take advantage of this LeadingAge Ohio benefit to grow staff who are rising in their careers, teaching them how to tap into their existing strengths, arming them to navigate complex team dynamics, and challenging them to seek innovative solutions to meet the demands of an uncertain future.
Past fellows of Leadership Academy comprise a venerable “who’s who” in Ohio non-profit aging service, and many of our Academy alumni are now serving in VP and other senior leadership positions. Academy fellows build strong relationships along the way that serve them—and your organization—for years to come.
Graduates have credited the multi-month Academy with empowering them to lead meaningful change in their organizations. Hear from 2024 Academy graduate Randi Hamill about the benefits of attending Leadership Academy.
Thank you to Link-age Solutions for their continued sponsorship of the LeadingAge Ohio Leadership Academy!
