Activity Slots Remaining Added to Registration Forms

Registration forms that have activities with maximum capacity counts set will now show end users how many slots are left.

Example: 'Friday Morning President's Breakfast (5 remaining)'.

Update 10/3/2019: This feature may be turned on or off for each activity. Simply call up an Activity and, where you specify the maximum capacity, you'll see a new checkbox to 'Show remaining capacity'.  Check this box if you want the number of slots remaining to be displayed for that Activity.
